Experience
Represents municipalities, water conservancy districts, special service districts, irrigation companies, and private water rights holders before the Utah State Engineer and District Court. Completed numerous water right and property transfers. Experienced in condemnation litigation. Represented clients in matters dealing with Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act before the Utah Department of Environmental Quality and in Federal Court. Admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Utah, the United States District Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
