Matthew S. Wiese
Shareholder and Director

Mr. Wiese has over ten years of experience in trust and estate law. He prepares estate planning documents for clients and represents them in probate and trust administration proceedings. He advises clients in a broad range of lifetime gifting strategies, including generation skipping planning and charitable planning; assists in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns; and is involved in estate and trust dispute resolution proceedings.

 

He also has experience in the areas of general business and corporate law, federal tax law, and mergers and acquisitions. He has formed all types of business entities and worked with owners and families in creating a succession plan.
