Thomas D. Boyle Shareholder and Director
Mr. Boyle’s broad litigation practice includes trials and appeals. He has handled trade secrets disputes in the insurance, restaurant, technology, and other industries; child abuse in the context of religious organizations, a juvenile boot camp, and a wilderness adolescent camp; personal injury, wrongful death, and mishandling/desecration of a dead body; quiet title actions; insurance, including bad faith, and coverage questions concerning environmental contamination, child abuse, and other subjects; insurer/broker disputes; products liability, commercial, and consumer disputes; and local government issues such as annexation and incorporation. Mr. Boyle is an experienced mediator, having mediated more than one hundred civil cases and non-litigated disputes.
